The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

It has not been possible to examine the paintings out of the frames, however each paper appears to be generally in good condition with some slight toning from age. There is minor creasing in places and a few very light surface marks.

The frames are overall in fair condition with small chips and wear to the painted wood. One frame is damaged with the wood structure detached along two sides. This painting would benefit from re-framing.
