1. A lobed mokko iron tsuba, pierced and deeply carved with dragons among waves, nagagohitsu [central aperture] possibly in the form of a hidden cross, details lightly gilt
2. A round iron tsuba, pierced and roundly carved with horses in undercut scrolling design, gilt details
3. A lobed mokko iron tsuba, pierced and carved with scrolling paulownia, the rim with gilt scrolling, signed Bushu ji Masatoshi
4. A round iron tsuba, pierced and carved with ships, masts and sails, gilt details, signed Gyonen hachiju-san sai Masatsune
5. A lobed mokko tsuba with ribbed rim, pierced, carved and decorated in gilt with stylised marine life
6. A round ribbed-rim iron tsuba, pierced and carved with a Japanese ship at sea, gilt details
7. A round iron tsuba, pierced and carved with winged dragons among scrolls above waves
8. An octagonal iron tsuba, carved and decorated in gilt with mythical creatures
9. A round iron tsuba with ribbed rim, pierced, carved and undercarved with dragon fish among scrolling waves, lightly gilt details
Sizes range from 6.8cm. – 8.7cm. diam.
