The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall very good condition consistent with age. Please note this lot has not been examined outside the mat frame as it is adhered to the board. This is best removed via expert framer or resorer. The back with very small tear at upper left edge (1/2 in.) and a tack mark at the upper right edge. This is not visible from the front as it is under the matte. Some spotty stains at bottom edge. A name in pencil that has been erased. The mat has a red undermat. Please note this work comes with a frame and mat. Frames/mats are exclueded from Christie's warranty.
