The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Ces œuvre sont vendues sans cadre. Les feuilles et le carton sont libres.
(i) Le bord gauche très légèrement irrégulier et l'angle inférieur droit présente une très légères et petite usure.
(ii) La feuille présente une très légère ondulation le long du bord supérieur. Les bords sont très légèrement irréguliers. Présence de résidus de ruban adhésif au revers le long du bord supérieur. Une légère marque de pliure est visible dans l'angle inférieur gauche.
(iii) Le carton a légèrement jauni. Le bord supérieur est irrégulier et les angles présentent de légères usures. Présence de traces de manipulation, de petites projections de matière, de petites traces de salissure et frottement dans la marge. Un légers accroc du carton est visible le long du bord inférieur, vers la droite.
(iv) Le bord supérieur est irrégulier et présente une fine coupure. Les angles présentent de très légères usures. Présence de trous de punaise de l'artiste dans la périphérie de l'œuvre. Quelques accrétions, cassures du papier, traces de manipulation et légers frottements sont visibles par endroits sur la surface. Les projections blanches sont inhérentes à la méthode de travail de l'artiste.
Sous réserve de ce qui précède, selon notre opinion, les œuvres sont en bon état général de conservation.

These works are sold unframed. The sheets and the cardboard are free.
(i) The left edge is very slightly irregular and the lower right corner presents a very slight wear.
(ii) The sheet undulates slightly along the upper edge. The edges are very slightly irregular. There are adhesive paper residues on the reverse along the upper edge. A slight folding mark is visible to the lower left corner.
(iii) The cardboard has slightly yellowed. The upper edge is irregular and the corners present slight wears. There are handling marks, small medium projections, small dirt marks and minor rubbing to the margin. A slight snag of the cardboard is visible along the lower edge, to the right.
(iv) The upper edge is irregular and presents a slight cut. The corners present very slight wears. There are pin holes by the artist's to the periphery of the work. A few accretions, paper creases, handling marks and minor rubbing are visible in places to the surface. The whites projections are inherent to the artist's working method.
Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the works appear to be in overall good condition.
