The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Le dessin avec les costumes papillons (i) présente une déchirure d’environ onze centimètres le long du bord droit et de très petits arrachages de papier par endroits.
These works are sold unframed. The sheets are free. They have slightly yellowed and undulates very slightly. Minor rubbing and handling marks as well as small accretions, creases of the papers and pin holes by the artist are visible in places to the surfaces of each sheet. Some corners present slight wears and folding marks. Some edges present slight snags of the paper and thin tears in places. The drawing with the butterfly costumes (i) presents a tear of approximately eleven centimeters along the right edge and minor rips of the paper in places.
