The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Cette œuvre est vendue sans cadre. La feuille est libre et a légèrement jauni. Le bord droit est irrégulier. Deux marques de pliures horizontales sont visibles au centre. Les angles présentent de légères usures et de fines marques de pliure. Les bords présentent de fines déchirures, dont une d'environ sept centimères, le long du bord gauche. Quelques accrétions, traces de manipulation et cassures du papier sont visibles par endroits sur la surface. Présence de trous de punaise de l'artiste dans la partie supérieure.

This work is sold unframed. The sheet is free and has slightly yellowed. The right edge is irregular. Two horizontal folding marks are visible to the center. The corners present slight wears and thin folding marks. The edges present thin tears, one of approximately 2³⁄₄ inches, along the left edge. A few accretions, handling marks and creases of the paper are visible in places to the surface. There are pin holes by the artist to the upper part.
