(i) Watercolour and India ink (recto); pen and India ink and pencil (verso) on paper. The upper and left edges are slightly uneven. Some minor light-stainig with a very few associated spots of foxing in places. Subject to the foregoing it is our opinion that this work appears to be in generally good condition.
(ii) Watercolour and India ink on paper. The upper and lower edges slightly uneven and with small tears with associated small paper losses. The lower right corner with paper loss. A few flattened folds and creases in places towards the corners. Some minor mat-staining in places along the edges.
(iii) India ink and pastel (recto); pen and India ink (verso) on tinted paper. The left edge is uneven. Some pale surface dirt with associated spots of foxing in places. Three horizontal flattened folds. Medium is strong throughout. Subject to the foregoing it is our opinion that this work appears to be in generally good condition.
(iv) Ink and wax crayon (recto); pencil (verso) on paper. The left and right edges are uneven and with a small tear at the centre of the left edge. Some pale surface dirt towards the upper edge. Some pale light-staining. Subject to the foregoing it is our opinion that this work appears to be in generally good condition.
