The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sheet is hinged on the reverse with tape along the upper edge. There is a slight paper distortion on the upper edge and due to the tape on the reverse. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
