The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Gouache and pencil on paper laid down on card. The left edge seratted due to the sheet beiing previously removed from the artist's scketch-book. Some light-staining. A very few small stains in places along the extreme edges possibly due to the sheet being laid down. Gouache pigments are strong.
