Gouache and pencil on tinted paper laid down on board. One artist's tack hole at each corner. A very few areas of minor surface abrasion in places in the gouache elements. A very few small surface scuffs in places. The sheet undulates slightly towards the sofa on the right. Tow small areas of stabilised tears towards the curtain along the upper edge. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that this work appears to be in good condition.
