The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Pencil on paper. Not examined outside its frame. Some mat- and light-staining with associated spots of foxing and stains throughout. One artist's tack hole at eahc right corner. Some flattened folds and creasses. A few small tears along the right edge. A very few small artist's tack holes in places.
