Lot Essay

Born in India, Kitty Wilmer O'Brien studied at the R.H.A. schools, and the Slade School of Art, London, as well as with Lilian Davidson in Dublin. She was actively involved wth the Dublin Painters Society, and was President of the Irish Watercolour Society.
