After the design by Piotr Vychegzhanin, painted with a hammer and sickle surrounded by the Russian slogan 'Commune' in purple lettering and ears of wheat within a yellow rim, the border with green leaves with ears of wheat, all amongst red lightning arrows, marked under base with a masked Imperial Porcelain Factory mark and a blue overglaze hammer, sickle and cog, also dated '1920'
