The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The paper is torn at the bottom towards the left corner and at the top right corner. There is brown staining along the top of the page, particularly in both corners and the center. There is a small black stain towards the bottom, center of the painting. The black pigment on the chest of the bull is slightly cracked. There is a small discoloration in the black pigment in the center of the bull.
