The Upper Yellow (SF-4): published by Kornfeld and Klipstein, Bern, Switzerland the sheet slightly trimmed, pale light- and time staining, the yellow attenuated, handling creases in places, occasional creases in places (primarily at the extreme sheet edges), two registration pinholes at the left and right sheet edges, hinge remains in places on the reverse upper sheet edge (with associated very minor skinning) Sheet: 241⁄2 x 353⁄8 in. (622 x 899 mm.)
Affiche Kunsthalle Bern (SF-5): there were also ten artist's proofs, published by Kornfeld and Klipstein, Bern the full sheet, it is our opinion this print has been conserved, light- and time staining, two repaired tears at the upper left and lower sheet edges (the largest measuring 11⁄8-in.), defects and skinning along the reverse sheet edges (with associated minor adhesive remains in places on the reverse upper sheet edges), and other lesser defects Sheet: 38 x 267⁄8 in. (970 x 682 mm.)
Affiche Moderna Museet Stockholm (SF-16): published by Kornfeld and Klipstein, Bern the full sheet, it is our opinion that this print has been conserved, pale light-staining, a minor split toward the upper right sheet edge and toward the lower left sheet edge (backed with mulberry tape, the largest measuring 13⁄4-in.), the reverse slightly unevenly toned, skinning and defects along the reverse sheet edges (from removal of previous mounting) Sheet: 371⁄4 x 261⁄2 in. (950 x 673 mm.)
Mercury (SF-27): there were also two artist's proofs on Arches paper, published by Tamarind Lithography Workshop, Los Angeles, with their blindstamp the full sheet, pale light- staining, a pale area of discoloration towards the upper sheet edge, the reverse sheet toned, hinge remains in places on the reverse sheet edges (a few with associated minor skinning), otherwise in generally good condition Sheet: 231⁄4 x 197⁄8 in. (591 x 505 mm.)
