Hamon [tempering pattern]: suguha with variations of gunome midare, nijuba, sunagashi
Boshi [tip]: ko-maru with kaen on omote
Nakago [tang]: ubu, single mekugi-ana, file marks indistinct, shallow ha-agari kurijiri,
Habaki [collar]: double gilt copper
Horimono [carving]: bohi marudome
Nagasa [length of blade]: 32 cm long
Koshirae [mounting: aikuchi tanto mounting, recent black lacquered scabbard, red-lacquered tsuka, fuchi-kashira black horn, shakudo and gilt menuki of flowers, 50 cm
