Boshi [tip]: ko-maru, slight hakikake
Nakago [tang]: ubu, osijigai file marks, one mekugi-ana, steep ha-agari kurijiri.
Habaki [collar]: single copper habaki carved with maple and cherry leaves on a stream in shakudo and silver inlay
Horimono [carving]: omote a bohi kakinagasu, on the ura futasujibi
Nagasa [length of blade]: 66.5 cm long
Koshirae [mounting]:katana koshirae, black and red chirashi lacquered scabbard, round shakudo tsuba pierced and roundly carved with chrysanthemum and other leaves and flowers, fuchi-kashira of shakudo nanako with chrysanthemums in high relief inlay with gilt details, menuki of Chinese immortals in shakudo with gold inlay, 96.5 cm
