The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The edges are slightly deckled with faint discolouration. Small folds and minor tears mostly along the upper right edge and lower edge. Faint foxing, handling marks and abrasions occasionally on the surface. Creases mostly towards the corners. On the reverse, the condition is consistent with the aforementioned condition observed on the front. One strip of yellow tape on the lower edge, presumably for paper consolidation.
