The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sides and reverse of both Geodes are polished to demonstrate the beautiful blue grey of the specimen. On one Geode, the reverse is also partially covered by a grey surface with minor markings which are clustered to the lower left of the reverse. This does not detract from the Geode and the pair are in good condition.

The pair's front faces display a pleasing cavern of crystals which are cut and polished to show the crystal's natural points. The crystals have a rich, deep purple hue and the pair's polished surface and cut crystals are in overall good condition.
