The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The fossil is displayed with a custom stand, painted black, which holds the fossil with x4 arms. There is some marking to the back of the fossil, but this does not detract from the presentation of the fossil and cannot be seen from the front face. The fossil has very minor hairline cracks though this is a natural testament to age. Overall t in good condition with clear, distinct preservation of the fern's details.
