From the Triassic (circa 225 million years ago), in the form of a thick and sturdy table top, the specimen of Araucarioxylon arizonicum sliced longitudinally and polished to reveal the attractive spectrum of reds, oranges, yellows and browns within, the sides and underside left in natural cut state.
