The oval domed base painted with putti and allegorical females, raised on the backs of four seated beast feet, the stem formed as twin-tailed dolphins supporting the hull painted with scenes of Amphrite and a draped nymph attended by mermen, the detachable deck revealing the interior hull painted with Minerva and emblems of the winds, the deck mounted with three masts painted with spiraling floral garlands, a captain and numerous sailors, the masts with crow's nests and sails painted with Minerva, Venus, putti and Aeolus releasing the winds, all topped by pennant flags, marked on base rim, dolphin stem and flange
