The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In sound condition and ready to hang. The ormolu with rubbing, tarnish and with a buildup of dirt in crevices and may benefit from a light cleaning. The patinated-bronze figure with some very light rubbing, with a dark brown patina. Her wings slightly loose but secure, one slightly bent inward. The clock face with an approximate 2 inch by 1 inch loss to the upper left corner by number 10, revealing copper backing. The clock face with faint surface scratching and some light staining, but apparently original. The clock mechanism signed 'Raingo Fres / Paris / 587.'
