Overall with some minor scuffs and scratches consistent with age and use, some bends to the rods supporting the silver balls, lacking ermine trim, the velvet lining with some wear and fading, also with some fraying to the edges and interior, the gilt thread finial largely tarnished and with some fraying, lining not currently attached to coronet in any way, the case with some wear and losses to the paint on the exterior, the interior lined in white velvet with some minor fading, staining, and wear, with one key.
