The milestone home run was hit by Hodges in game played against the New York Giants on August 15, 1954. "200" notated in period blue ink on sweet spot with side panel inscribed, "Aug. 15-1954, 200th Major HR against Mavr Grissom (crossed out and Al Gorman inserted) NY Giants". The ball is accompanied by three original black and wite photographs by Barney Stein picturing Hodges holding the offered baseball.
