MILITARIA – a group of two works on the military in French armorial bindings, 18th and 19th centuries.

[SUASSO, A.]. The Theory of the Infantry Movements. London: W. Sams, 1825. Three volumes, octavo (212 x 119mm). Contemporary purple morocco gilt, with the arms of the Duc d'Angoulême, Grand Amiral de France et Dauphin, on each board, red silk doublures, by Simier.

[With:] Infanterie française. Regiment de Lyonnois de quatre bataillons. Année 1769. [N.p., n.d.]. Octavo (184 x 112mm). Contemporary French red morocco gilt, with the arms of Charles Philippe, Comte d’Artois.
