GB scored 99 and 112 in a man-of-the-match performance at Port of Spain in 1974, as England won by 26 runs. This bat was used in the first innings when GB was caught behind the wicket by Murray off Julien for 99. Alongside GB’s impressive batting performance, Tony Greig produced one of the matches of his career taking 13-156 across the two innings. Against one of the world’s greatest batting line-ups, England emerged from the series with a 1-1 draw.
