We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
The Guanyin: The figure's right hand is off and missing, the left hand has been off and re-stuck with some associated chips and losses; some touch-up the neck and face; a hairline crack to the right sleeve extending to the base; some scattered glaze flakes; a few chips to the base
The scholar: Some nicks and small chips to the extremities; attribute in the hands missing; neck and ears with some touch-up; scattered glaze flakes
