Decorated in red and black takamaki-e, gold and aogai kirikane and nashiji on a brown lacquer ground with a tea container (chaire) in a tea bowl (chawan) and a tea scoop beside, the reverse with a pedestal supporting a karashishi lion, a flower vase beneath, nashiji interiors and risers, fundame rims
