Comprising a box in the form of a book, with hinged cover decorated in gold hiramaki-e and nashiji on a black lacquer ground with cranes among reeds along a shoreline, nashiji and black lacquer interior; and a box in the form of a three-volume book, decorated in gold, red and black hiramaki-e, takamaki-e and ceramic inlays on a green-black lacquer ground, red lacquer interior; a suzuribako (writing box) decorated in gold, green and brown hiramaki-e on a vivid red lacquer ground with a pair of swallows flying above blossoming cherry branches, red lacquer interior with silvered-copper waterdropper in the form of a treasure sack, inscribed, gold rims
