Details
The first is cast as Amitayus Buddha seated in dhyanasana on a double lotus base, hands held in dhyana mudra, wearing beaded jewellery and a five-leaf crown above hair swept back into a top knot, the hems of the dhoti are finely incised. The second is cast as Majushri seated in dhyanasana on a double lotus base on a stepped plinth, the left hand held in vitarka mudra, the right in varada mudra, two lotus stems rising from the base to the shoulders where one supports a book and the other a sword.
