EDO PERIOD (17TH-18TH CENTURY)

The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
- The first inro with losses to the mother-of pearl inlays, some surface scratches and some general wear. Some restoration to the lacquer, especially the top and bottom cases.
- The second circular inro with some old chips to the rims, some losses to the inlays and general surface wear. There is an inlay loss to the top of the top case.
