Both of typical form, the large tea container decorated in gold hiramaki-e on a black ground with foliage, the cover inlaid in silver with a crescent moon; the second decorated in gold and red hiramaki-e and nashiji on a black lacquer ground with chrysanthemum, flowers and foliage
4½ in. (11 cm.) and 3½ in. (8.5 cm.) high
