The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sheet is not laid down, but hinged onto a supporting sheet, which, in turn, is hinged into a non-acidic mount. There is some slight discolouration and very few scattered fox marks throughout the sheet. The lower right corner has been reattached, and there is a repaired tear to the lower left corner. The pencil work remains strong and the drawing could be hung without further attention. Sold framed.
