The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- pencil inscriptions on the inside front cover.
Suite
- the full sheets with a deckle edge below.
- slightly toned and with pale time staining,
- with minor sold folds at the tips of the sheet corners.
Binding
- the velvet boards showing some minor wear
- the velour boards a little stained.
- the black velour folder partially split at the spine and showing some wear at the extremeties.
