The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to the catalogue description:
- the full sheet, with deckle edges at left and right.
- some pale mount-staining just outside the platemark.
- a small rubbed spot in the upper right margin, a short indented diagonal line in the lower margin to the left.
- a couple of pinpoint rust marks in the margins.
- some very minor time staining and minimal surface dirt at the sheet edges.
- hinged with paper tape at the upper sheet corners verso.
- inscribed verso in pencil B. 97.
Otherwise as described and in very good condition.
