Lot Essay

The dress is incredibly chic and classic and elegant and it’s hard not to feel chic and elegant in it. The lines are so simple and minimal and yet the bow and cape are deceptively complex and create a unique silhouette. I guess because I can’t imagine wearing something with such a singular ‘look’ a second time, and it seemed like the perfect item to raise necessary funds with because it’s a standout item, but also because if the person who purchases it wears it, it will undoubtably create a heightened sense of self-confidence which is what Smart Works is about: raising self-confidence.
