The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
1. LU HUI (1851-1920)
Bird under Willow
-There are a few stain marks in the lower and middle section;
-there are damages on the upper edge and in the middle of the painting;
-otherwise it is in overall good condition.

2. REN XUN (1835-1893)
Viewing Rock
-There are some minor horizontal creases throughout the painting;
-there are a few minor stain marks in the upper section and lower section of the painting;
-thereare some minor water stain marks in the upper left corner and on the mounting;
otherwise it is in overall good condition.
