The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.

1. LI KUCHAN Chicks
- The work is framed and was inspected through the acrylic cover, therefore its back and edges could not be checked.
- Creases can be seen throughout the work.
- The painting is overall in very good condition.

2. LI KUCHAN Egret
- Some light creases can be seen throughout the work.
- The painting is in overall very good condition.

3. WANG QINGFANG Fishes
- The work is framed and was inspected through the acrylic cover, therefore its back and edges could not be checked.
- Creases can be seen throughout the work.
- The painting is overall in very good condition.
