‌Mr. Pan Bowen served as a director and founder of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce’s Tsuen Wan branch, whereas his brother Mr. Pan Zhenming was the acting chairman of the Kowloon branch. Engaged in the wine industry and known as the “king of wine” in Hong Kong, Mr. Pan Bowen currently manages a brewing and sauce-making enterprise. He is active within the community and business circles.
