The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.

Bamboo and Rock:
-There are a few mould spots and damages on the painting.
-The painting is in overall good condition.

Mountain Stream in Spring:
-The work is framed and was inspected through the acrylic cover, therefore its back and edges could not be checked.
-There are a few restorations in the top right hand corner.
-The painting is in overall very good condition.
