NOTE: ‌The recipient is the renowned poet Chen Ludi, formerly Pei Di, from the Hainan County of the Guangdong Province. He published numerous poems in Guangzhou during the 1930s. He served as the editor of many literary publications, notably editing" the Student Literature Collection" in Hong Kong in 1946 before returning to Guangzhou in 1950. A former professor of South China People's College of Literature and Art and Guangzhou Jinan University, Chen Ludi authored Sang Ye, The Chang Drive Collection, Song of the Flag, Hainan Song, the new poem Ludi Lyrics, and many others.
