With scattered areas of minor surface staining throughout. With rough cut left, right, and upper edges. With scattered pieces of tape and tape remains at the extreme edges. With changes to the design made in white gouache. With scattered registration pinholes. With vertical line in ballpoint pen 3³⁄₄ in. from left side and scattered horizontal lines in graphite tracing the profiles of painted forms.

Reverse: With scattered watercolor and graphite remains. With discoloration to the paper. With 14 x 8¹⁄₂ in. 'Key West Hand Print Fabrics design order work sheet' with cataloguing information taped to reverse. With later title, date, and accession number '"Quack" / 1/17/75© / 2016.2.178' (twice at lower right).
