By 1963, the Zuzek's prints used by Lilly Pulitzer were very popular. For the artworks selected by Lilly when she visited Key West Hand Print Fabrics, Zuzek was asked to incorporate a 'Lilly' somewhere inthe design. Lilly, Lilly, Lilly is Zuzek's tongue-in-cheek response. Beautiful script cleverly hides the moniker. Lilly, Lilly, Lilly is perhaps the most clear example of personalization, but close examination of other lots in this sale will reveal more hidden 'Lilly's.
