In addition to the catalogue description, each with full margins, very pale mat staining, hinge remains in places on the reverse upper sheet edge (some with associated minor skinning and other minor defects, some very slightly showing through)
The People Work - Morning (F & L 141): numbered 19/40 a few minor printing inconsistencies in the lower right image, soft diagonal creasing at the upper left and lower right sheet corners, the lower left sheet corner folded back, inscribed '17' in black ink at the extreme lower right sheet corner, uneven light staining along the reverse extreme right sheet edge
The People Work - Noon (F & L 142): numbered 29/40 a few printing inconsistencies in places toward the right and left images edges, stray ink in places (primarily in the right margin and in places on the reverse), inscribed '7' in black ink at the extreme lower right sheet corner
The People Work - Evening (F & L 143): inscribed 'Ed 40' a few small areas of stray ink (primarily in the left margin and a small area on the reverse sheet), inscribed '66' in black ink in the lower right margin, a soft diagonal crease at the lower left and right sheet corners, a short tear at the lower left sheet edge and one at the upper right sheet edge
The People Work - Night (F & L 144): numbered 16/40 very occasional soft scuffs in places (primarily in the upper left image quadrant), very occasional areas of pale discoloration in the margins, a soft diagonal crease at the lower right sheet corner, faint rubbing in places on the reverse (not showing through)
