Overall good condition. With minor soiling and wear commensurate with age and use. With scattered minor surface scratches, minor stains, marks, and the occasional minor nick along some edges. The tabletop with some scattered minor water ring marks. The wood with two minor areas of separation along the wood grain along the handle of the open side (approx. 3 in. long) and the bottom edge of the slab leg (approx. 2¹⁄₂ in. long). With historic repairs including areas of infill, well-concealed and not detracting to the overall appearance. Lacking a bracing element on the underside, not visible when placed and stable. Presents well, ready for use and display.
