The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

A light layer of surface dust is present. The artist's frame is slightly bowed, and minor wear, surface scuffs, faint discoloration, and handling marks are occasional. Creasing and spots of discoloration are to the two upper elements of the artist's frame, possibly in keeping with the artist's choice of medium and working method. The image has shifted slightly in tone. A pinpoint accretion is to the center left edge of the image. Visible under ultraviolet light, a few passages to the artist's frame fluoresce distinctly but do not appear to be inpainting. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
