The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The movement is ticking at the time of cataloguing, recommend servicing. The date changes when the hands pass midnight. The luminous material on the numerals and hands are a bright yellowish color, but are wearing away in some spots and the black dial is showing through, otherwise the dial is nice and clean. The bezel with some scratches, the coin edge is a bit worn. The lugs are a little worn but retain clear facets. The engraved inscription and logo on the back are worn but still visible, some of the letters in "Certified" and "Seamaster" are almost worn away. The case back with a few marks.
