The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to or in elaboration of the catalogue entry:
- with wide margins
- a crease at the upper left corner in the margin
- some handling creases along the margin and printer's crease at the lower left sheet edge
- the lower right corner in the margin slightly disturbed
- pale time staining along the margins and a few pinpoint foxmarks (one at the left of Christ)
- two paper hinges at the upper sheet edge verso
