The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

-Overall condition: fair good. Shows normal signs of wear and abrasions throughout. Some pearls deficient green enamel, one near-round pearl deficient at the inner part of the necklace. One section of small seed pearls missing. Earrings fitted with retractable posts and clipbacks for pierced and non-pierced ears. One seed pearl and enamel section deficient from one earring.
-Additional marks: maker's mark.
-Gemstones: with typical inclusions and characteristics, most of decorative quality, all but ruby beads fully foil-backed, several with abrasions, nicks and chips.
-Diamonds: of decorative quality, fully foil-backed, several diamonds with chips.
-Pearls: white to cream and gray bodycolor, with variations to nacre, areas of pitting and mottling.
-Enamel: in overall good condition. Several areas of loss and deficiency throughout.
